How do I choose a Madame Tra La La item?

N.B. You can go through the procedure without making any commitment. Be creative with colours and fabrics until you see you heart's desire! What about garment fit and sizing? As well as offering more than a standard size box you can add extra measurements details such as bust, waist and height. We will also offer you an extra wide couture seam allowance to allow for small adjustments and will offer one alteration with post and package at your expense. How long will my order take? Each Madame Tra La La creation is made especially for you! We will aim to have your dress in the post within 4 weeks when you will have your Madame Tra La La item packaged and sent to your door. Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email confirming the time and date of delivery. When will my payment be collected? The credit card transaction will be taken when you have confirmed all aspects of your order. How will the duty and tax be collected? Our price includes UK VAT. Any extra duties levied by your own countries customs and excise will be your responsiblity. What about your returns policy? The garment you have ordered will have been made exactly to your specifications. It is exclusive to your individual taste and sizing and cannot be as such re-sold. Therefore we can only refund faulty items. If you do wish to return the garment then please email us to let us know you are returning the item and why. Returns will then be at the discretion of Madame Tra La La within 7 working days from receipt of your goods. We are unable to refund on any items posted to us later than 7 working days from when they were received. N.B. This does not affect your statutory rights. |
